Restricted Actions:

  • Any attempt by affiliates to generate SEO traffic using our brand name or branded keywords is strictly forbidden.

  • Using more than one account by the same person, with the same or different numbers, is not allowed and will result in loss of revenue-share benefits and suspension of all connected accounts.

  • Affiliates are not allowed to add their own player ID to their downline. Doing so will result in removal from the affiliate program.

Must-Follow Rules:

  • Affiliates must provide complete and accurate information during the registration process.

  • Commission payouts are available only to affiliates with a minimum of 5 active players.

  • Commission eligibility requires a minimum accumulated downline net profit of ৳1,115.

  • Failure to comply with the brand’s restricted actions, rules, or Terms & Conditions may result in suspension or termination.

Affiliate Terms & Conditions:

  • The affiliate revenue share percentage is calculated based on the member’s net weekly loss, after deducting promotions and bonuses, cashback or refunds, negative carryover, operational costs, and payment processing fees.

  • The affiliate revenue share/commission percentage is based on the total number of active players made by downline players during the week, as shown in the homepage table.

  • The weekly affiliate calculation is based on downline members’ activities from Monday to Sunday.

  • A minimum of 5 active players and a net profit of at least ৳1,115 are required; if either condition is not met, the commission will not be shown and will not be carried forward to the next week.

  • In case of a net loss on the dashboard, the negative balance will be carried forward to the following week. As a result, no commission will be issued for that week.

  • The earned revenue commission will be released between Wednesday to Friday of each week. Once released, affiliates may request a withdrawal to their designated player account.

  • The operational costs are set at 20%, and payment processing fees are charged at 2%.

  • The upgraded commission structure is not applicable to web traffic partners or information/review site partners.

  • P2P games are excluded from the affiliate calculation.

Agreement to Terms and Conditions:

  • Affiliates are required to personally complete and submit the application form.

  • By participating, affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted the brand’s terms and conditions.

  • Affiliates acknowledge the regulated status of the gambling industry and agree to provide all necessary information or assistance required for regulatory compliance upon request.

  • Affiliates acknowledge and understand the inherent risks associated with gaming, including the potential loss of money.

  • Affiliates agree to strictly comply with all methods, rules, and procedures associated with the requested gaming services.

  • HeyBaji is not responsible if your User ID or password is lost or shared with others. If you think your account is at risk, contact HeyBaji Support right away.

  • HeyBaji uses user-provided information solely for purposes such as newsletters, promotional communications, and member services. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the user’s consent.
